A furniture shop that still makes what it sells
Khaja Furnitures is a family run manufacturer and retailer on Khammam Road. We build mattresses, sofas, headboards, pillows and cushions, and sell them from one showroom rather than through a chain of dealers.
Our story
Built around one showroom
Kodad sits on the highway between Hyderabad and Vijayawada, and for years the only way to buy a properly built mattress here was to travel for it. We started Khaja Furnitures so families across the Suryapet and Nalgonda belt could buy furniture made to a real specification without leaving the district.
The workshop and the showroom sit in the same place. That is deliberate. When you ask what is inside a mattress, we can walk you to the material and show you. When something needs a repair, it goes back to the bench it was built on.
Today we supply homes across three districts, along with hostels, lodges, clinics and offices that need furniture in volume and on a proper GST bill.
The person behind it
Meet the founder
Khaja Furnitures was started with one workshop, one showroom and a simple rule: sell nothing you would not put in your own bedroom. That rule still decides what we buy, what we build and what we turn away.
You will usually find him on the floor rather than behind a desk, and he takes the difficult measurements himself. If something is not right after delivery, his is the number that answers.

Material first
Foam density, coir bonding and fabric GSM decide how long a piece lasts. We buy to a spec and we will tell you exactly what is inside anything we sell.
One team, start to finish
The people who take your measurement build the piece and hand it over. Nothing is lost between a sales counter and a distant factory.
One clear price
The price you are quoted is the price on the bill, with GST shown and delivery agreed in advance.
We answer after the sale
Repairs, re-covers and replacements come back to the same workshop. That is the point of buying local.
How an order runs
From measurement to delivery
Tell us the size
Bring the measurement in inches or send it on WhatsApp with a photo of the cot or sofa.
Pick the build
Choose the foam, the firmness and the fabric from samples in the showroom.
We make it
Standard sizes go out the same day. Custom work takes three to five days.
Delivered and set up
Free inside Kodad, and across the district on order with the charge agreed first.
Where we deliver
Across Suryapet, Nalgonda and Khammam
Free inside Kodad town. Beyond that we deliver on order across the surrounding mandals, with the charge agreed before you confirm.
Somewhere else in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh? Call us. For larger orders we usually arrange transport.
